Estimated AEW Full Gear PPV buys Estimated AEW Full Gear PPV buys

While AEW has shown impressive viewing figures for the company’s weekly AEW Dynamite show, the rough numbers are now in for last Saturday’s AEW Full Gear PPV.

Via the Wrestling Observer, the estimated buys for Full Gear are around the 100,000 mark. If accurate, that would put this PPV in the same sort of bracket as the company’s All Out PPV – and twice the 50,000 buys of the All In PPV which was the springboard to launching All Elite Wrestling as a weekly wrestling promotion.
Away from buyrates, Uncle Dave reports that the digital streaming numbers were roughly the same for Full Gear as they were for both All Out and Double or Nothing, yet specific figures aren't being made fully available.
The current plan for AEW is to move forward with at least four PPVs in 2020, although no PPV names, dates, or venues have been announced for AEW’s 2020 PPV slate at this stage. That said, there will be a heavy AEW presence on Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Part Deux: Second Wave – which departs Miami, Florida on January 20th and sets sail for the delights of Nassau, Bahamas.
