A popular AEW star has revealed that they successfully underwent surgery recently in a photo posted to social media.

Eddie Kingston had been pulled from the April NJPW Collision show due to an “undisclosed injury”.
It was revealed, at the recent ROH TV taping, that “The Mad King” was going to be having hernia surgery on Tuesday.

Kingston would also reveal that he thinks he will be back in about six weeks.
Now, Kingston has provided a hopeful post-surgery update in an Instagram post on May 10.
In a post where Kingston can be seen giving a very Eddie Kingston greeting that’s worthy of memedom, he simply stated “yep done”. You can see the photo that accompanied his post below.

Kingston made his AEW debut in July 2020 and also made his Ring of Honor return after Tony Khan acquired the company in March 2022.
