All Elite Wrestling delivered an action-packed show with the August 18 episode of AEW Rampage.

Tonight, Fenix will face Komander. The show will mark the continuation of AEW Fight for the Fallen 2023, which will support Maui Food Bank amid the wildfires in Maui. AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida will also compete on the show, when she teams up with Skye Blue to face Ruby Soho and Toni Storm.
Fight for the Fallen kicked off with the August 16 episode of AEW Dynamite. It will conclude with the August 19 edition of AEW Collision.
The results are as follows:

Match 1: Ray Fenix defeats Komander via pinfall
In te opening match of the night, Fenix walked out as a winner, taking Komander thanks to some big high-flying moves. Late in the match, after Komander hit a huge Canadian destroyer to nearly win, Fenix was able to gain some momentum of his own. He dropped Komander with a big slam before hitting his finisher on the superstar for the win.

Match 2: Aussie Open defeats Ethan Page & Brother Zay via pinfall
In a ROH World Tag Team Championship match, the reigning champs retained their gold. Before things could even get really started, Aussie Open rushed Page and Zay, attacking the pair before getting into the match. In the end, Zay nearly turned the tables for the challengers, but Aussie Open was able to settle things down and eventually take down Page before hitting their finisher on Zay for the pin and win.
After the match, the pair then began taunting MJF and Adam Cole, with Kyle Fletcher saying that the pair could never hit a Kangaroo Kick if they wanted.

Promo: The Hardys
In a brief promo segment in between matches, The Hardys said they would be challenging Aussie Open to a match at next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite for the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

Match 3: Sammy Guevara defeats Jon Cruz via pinfall
In a fairly quick match, Guevara made short work of his opponent. The pair kept it classy to start with a handshake, but Guevara was able to land a couple of big moves before winning with the GTH.

Match 4: Hikaru Shida & Skye Blue defeat Toni Storm & Ruby Soho
The current AEW Women’s World Champion showed out tonight, helping her team walk out with a huge win in a back-and-forth affair. Late in the match, Soho and Storm looked to be able to steal a win after Soho spray-painted Blue in the face while the referee was distracted by Storm. However, Shida saved the pin attempt, and after also avoiding some interference from Saraya, Shida was able to counter a No Future kick from Soho and turn it into a quick pin for the win.
After the match, Blue and Soho began brawling outside of the ring, and Saraya and Storm took the opportunity to begin attacking Shida. Britt Baker soon joined them, and all four women began an incredible brawl that closed out the show.
