All Elite Wrestling delivered an action-packed show with the January 26 episode of AEW Rampage.

Tonight, former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley will face Lee Moriarty on Friday. Moxley beat Moriarty’s stablemate Shane Taylor on the January 20 episode of AEW Collision.
Plus, Komander, Kip Sabian, El Hijo del Vikingo, and The Butcher will clash in a four-way match. The winner will challenge Orange Cassidy for the AEW International Championship on the January 27 episode of AEW Collision.
Elsewhere on the show, Konosuke Takeshita will face Christopher Daniels, and Ruby Soho will clash with Anna Jay.
The results are as follows:

Match 1: Jon Moxley defeats Lee Moriarty via submission
Things got chaotic very early when Moxley and Shane Taylor started arguing outside of the ring. When the match started, however, both Moriarty and Moxley got after it, and Mox was able to flip the momentum after looking like he’d lose early on. In the end, Moxley hit Moriarty out of a mid-air splash attempt, and then got him to the ground and choked him out for the win.
After the match, Moxley went to shake Moriarty’s hand, but Taylor ambushed him, and he and Moriarty attacked Moxley.

Backstage segment: Angelo Parker
Parker says he thinks he’s finally figured things out, and asked Anna Jay if she had anything to do with Harley Cameron kissing him earlier this month. Cameron slapped him, however, and said she couldn’t even believe Parker would ask her such a thing.

Match 2: Konosuke Takeshita defeats Christopher Daniels via pinfall
Takeshita took a few big hits early, but put this one away fairly quick. In the end, Takeshita hit a big suplex against Daniels and then absolutely leveled him from behind with a big hit for the pin and win.
Afterward, Don Callis took to the mic and immediately called out Chris Jericho, and challenged him to a match against Takeshita in two weeks. Kyle Fletcher came out and said Takeshita already had a shot against Jericho, and he wants next. Callis seemed fine with it, and said Fletcher can face off against Jericho next week before facing Takeshita the week after.

Backstage segment: Action Andretti & Top Flight
The pair were arguing with Private Party backstage, reflecting on their last match and looking ahead to their match next week.

Match 3: Anna Jay defeats Ruby Soho via submission
Jay was ambushed before the match began, and looked for a moment like she couldn’t get into the ring to even fight. However, she eventually did and told the ref to start the match, and rallied for a big win.
Things ended after the referee caught Saraya and Harley Cameron trying to cause distractions, which allowed Jay to kick out of a Destination Unknown, hit a blockbuster, then lock in the Queen Slayer for the win, all while yelling at Ruby that she had no hand in the Angelo Parker chaos this past month.

Backstage segment: Eddie Kingston
Kingston said he has no problems if Bryan Danielson doesn’t respect him, because he doesn’t respect Danielson either. Eddie then said he wants to give Willie Mack a shot against him in the ring tomorrow on Collision.

Match 4: Komander defeats El Hijo del Vikingo, Kip Sabian, and The Butcher via pinfall
The final match of the night saw Komander come out on top and earn a shot at Orange Cassidy for the AEW International Championship tomorrow night. Things came to an end after chaos erupted late, as Sabian tried to sneak in and hit a big German suplex on Komander. However, Komander kicked out and countered a move from Sabian into a quick hurricanrana pinfall for the win.
