All Elite Wrestling delivered an action-packed show with the April 12 episode of AEW Rampage.

Tonight, Jay White will face Matt Sydal. Plus, Zak Knight will face Angelo Parker, and Orange Cassidy will clash with Alex Reynolds. As previously announced, Julia Hart will defend the TBS Championship against Leyla Hirsch.
The results are as follows:

Match 1: Orange Cassidy defeats Alex Reynolds via pinfall
Cassidy walked out with a win after overcoming John Silver interference early. Silver kept trying to distract the ref and antagonize Cassidy, eventually leading to OC hitting a big stunner on the superstar. Reynolds then accidentally ran into Silver outside of the ring, allowing Cassidy to take advantage and hit an Orange Punch for the win.
After the match, Cassidy was interviewed about Trent Beretta’s betrayal, and out came Trent, followed by Chuck Taylor behind Cassidy, which stopped Trent from coming much further. Beretta asked whether or not Chuck is actually his best friend before leaving.

Match 2: Julia Hart defeats Leyla Hirsch via pinfall
Hart retained her TBS Championship in a surprising way, as she ended the match by seemingly getting hurt late in the match after Hirsch hit a big dive on her. While she was favoring her arm, and with the ref checking on her, Hart quickly rolled up Hirsch while she wasn’t paying attention, ending the match quickly.

Backstage segment: Don Callis Family
Callis said he doesn’t care if Powerhouse Hobbs and Kyle Fletcher beat the Blackpool Combat Club at Collision. All he cares about, Callis said, is that they do whatever they can to hurt Bryan Danielson, so he’s unable to get to AEW Dynasty and face Will Ospreay.

Match 3: Zak Knight defeats Angelo Parker via pinfall
Knight and Parker went at it tonight from the second things started, with Parker charging Knight during the entrance. However, Saraya would step in, causing things to slow down for a moment. Things came to an end when Knight hit a low blow behind the refs back and connected with a powerbomb. However, Parker was able to kick out, but took a big bit from Knight.
Throughout the match, Knight continued to taunt Parker, eventually saying he’d take care of Ruby Soho for him before hitting a big running hit for the pin and win.

Backstage segment: Rocky Romero & Kyle O’Reilly
Romero and O’Reilly are discussing potentially facing off for the International Championship if Kyle can beat Roderick Strong for his belt. Strong then showed up after Romero left, and wasn’t too happy about hearing O’Reilly discuss the matter. He said that he wants Kyle to watch what he’ll do to Rocky at Battle of the Belts, and said O’Reilly can be champion if he likes, but just not International Champion.

Match 4: Jay White defeats Matt Sydal via pinfall
This one ended relatively quickly, as White was able to avoid some big hits late and ended things by hitting the Blade Runner for the pin and win. Inside the ring, White partied with The Gunns after the match.
