The latest update has emerged on a WWE star who recently suffered an injury and has been ruled out of action.
For the last few weeks on WWE Raw, Ivar of the Viking Raiders has been appearing and working without his long-time tag team partner Erik by his side.
That’s because Erik suffered an injury that required surgery and was expected to be out of action for quite some time.
In a new update, PWInsider states that there is currently “no timetable” for Erik to return.
The report states that “Ivar will be utilized as a singles talent going forward”.
Valhalla (formerly Sarah Logan), who’s actually the real-life wife of the injured Erik, has continued to appear alongside Ivar.
Ivar will next be in action on Raw in a four-way Intercontinental Championship #1 contenders match against Bronson Reed, Ricochet and The Miz.
WWE personnel have reportedly been impressed by Ivar’s recent singles outings against both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
