Another WWE star is confirmed to have recently signed a new contract with the company following comments from a former partner.

During a recent virtual signing, former WWE star MVP discussed the potential of the Hurt Business reuniting outside of the company following he and Lashley’s departure last month.
During the conversation, MVP commented that he ‘thinks’ former member of the Hurt Business Cedric Alexander recently re-signed with the company.
In an update from Fightful Select, Fightful has now confirmed that Cedric did indeed re-sign with WWE back in the Spring.

The deal is said to be multi-year in length like many other contracts that have re-signed recently.
During his time in the Hurt Business, Cedric captured the Raw Tag Team Championship alongside Shelton Benjamin, as well as being a former Cruiserweight Champion.

Cedric recently moved over to the NXT roster alongside former partner Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis, where he has formed an alliance with Je’von Evans in recent weeks.
WWE is currently in the process of re-signing multiple talents with contracts expiring, with Asuka and Nikki Cross recently reupping their deals, as well as Sheamus seemingly being set to do the same if he hasn’t already.
