Earlier today, it was reported that there was potentially another big story involving CM Punk that was set to break within the next few days ahead of his return on AEW Collision.

The report we later learned from Fightful Select was in reference to an interview that Punk held with ESPN last week ahead of his return on this Saturday’s debut episode of AEW Collision.
While what Punk said in the interview is not completely known due to the interview not yet being published, second hand retellings were told at last night’s (June 14) AEW Dynamite tapings, with Punk’s comments said to have upset some people.
In an update on the original from Fightful Select, Fightful was told that one person who was brought up during the interview was Hangman Adam Page.

While many of Punk’s comments were said to be confusing in regards to whether he was working or shooting, it is said by Fightful that Punk’s comments on Page were not confusing in that perspective, and were clearly intentional, with it being made very clear that he didn’t like Page.
Punk reportedly said in the interview that there were spots in the pair’s AEW Double or Nothing main event that he felt were Page ‘shooting’ on him by chopping him in the mouth.
Punk is set to return at this Saturday’s debut episode of AEW Collision at the United Center in Chicago.

He is set to team with FTR against Samoa Joe and Bullet Club Gold’s Jay White and Juice Robinson.´
