A new report has revealed an injured AEW star who could return “at any time.”
It has been well over a year since Thunder Rosa was sidelined with a serious back injury that forced her to relinquish the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Since then, there have been various reports detailing that Rosa was working her way back after a few setbacks in recovery.
Fightful Select has provided an update, noting that Thunder Rosa could return to the ring at almost “any time” provided creative is produced for her.
Rosa spoke to some at this past weekend’s Starrcast event, and sources within AEW have indicated she is ready for her in-ring return.
Her return date is yet to be confirmed at the time of this writing.
Thunder Rosa has been sidelined for 13 months and has been working on the Spanish commentary team during her recovery.
