A WWE Hall of Famer has revealed his jealousy of Adam Copeland following his recent move to AEW, for one major reason.

As Copeland discussed in the post-WrestleDream media scrum following his debut, one of the biggest selling points for making the move to AEW was the stacked roster, and all of the fresh match-ups the Hall of Famer could have.
Copeland revealed that he produced a list of 14 names from just a quick glance of the AEW roster, name-dropping veteran names like Samoa Joe, Sting and Jon Moxley as well as his countryman Kenny Omega.
Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, Angle said he was “jealous” of Copeland because he has the opportunity to face the Best-Bout Machine.

Believing that the Canadian stars’ eventual showdown will be high calibre, Angle noted:
“I’m jealous now… That’s going to be priceless. I think their matchup is definitely going to be five-star, no doubt.”

Despite Angle’s initial belief that Copeland wouldn’t move to AEW due to his loyalty to WWE, the Olympian thinks that talent moving between companies is a good thing
Explaining why, he said:
“It’s good when guys cross over. There’s a lot of guys he hasn’t faced in AEW guys like Samoa Joe or Sting, MJF, a lot of great wrestlers.”
“This is really good for the fans because they’re going to see new matchups, new faces.”

The first on Copeland’s list of AEW in-ring adversaries is Luchasaurus, with the pair set to face off on the October 10 special AEW Dynamite: Title Tuesday program.
