Details have emerged on an All Elite Wrestling star being pulled from a big match he was planned for on this week’s AEW Dynamite.

Dynamite this Wednesday (November 15) will play host to a four-on-four street fight tag team match with Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, Paul Wight (Big Show) and Kota Ibushi teaming up against the Don Callis Family.
Callis’ team is made up of Konosuke Takeshita, Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher, and a bit of a wildcard in Brian Cage.
Cage isn’t a member of the Callis Family, but rather the Mogul Embassy, with the storyline idea that Callis struck a deal with Prince Nana to bring Cage in for this match.

However, the real reason for the odd choice is because Cage wasn’t originally planned for the match.
There’s one member of the Don Callis family we haven’t seen for a little while now, and that’s Sammy Guevara, who’s been off TV since he suffered a concussion at AEW WrestleDream on October 1.

As seemed to be the case, and Fightful Select has confirmed it, Guevara was originally planned for this match but was replaced by Cage.
Guevara’s wife and fellow AEW star Tay Melo is also expecting to give birth to their first child pretty soon.
