Wrestling legend argues Bad Bunny should've headlined Backlash 2023

Ahead of the May 6 premium live event, it was reported that Damian Priest and Bad Bunny had pushed for their street fight to main event that show.
This didn’t happen, with the two Puerto Rican stars facing off in the third-to-last bout of the night.
The show was ultimately headlined by Cody Rhodes vs Brock Lesnar.
Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T noted that he’d have had Bad Bunny headlining, regardless of the other matches on the show:

“You gotta understand when the crowd is gonna be at its peak, and that was when Bad Bunny was gonna come out.
“Bad Bunny in Puerto Rico, I don’t care who you got on the card, that’s the main event (laughs). You can’t miss that moment.
“Well, you shouldn’t miss that moment, but yeah, I get it. I totally understand.”

Priest returned to action on WWE Raw, competing in the World Heavyweight Title tournament.
